Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in original unused condition with postage paid by buyer back to us unless need for return is caused by us.
If customer requires refund caused by changing their decision after payment customer pays their payment provider fee.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your order number.
Please make sure to send this with your returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected please allow up to 5 days for your order to be refunded or exchanged. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed by your payment provider.
Unless a mistake on our behalf your payment providers transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.

The item being returned is your responsibility until it reaches us.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
